The podcast is hosted by Montreal-based journalist and adventurer David Bergeron and his co-hosts, Rosie Drouin and Vincent Lavoie. Bergeron said the idea for the show came about after he started teaching wiggle classes in Montreal. He wanted to create a show that would highlight all of the city’s amazing attractions while offering tips and tricks from his travels to various destinations worldwide.
